I’m so glad you’re visiting my Edible Art Cookie Gallery.  Here’s a little info about me:

I’m a mother to 2 beautiful daughters and a partner to my long term boyfriend. I’ve lived in Bloomington, IN since graduating from Indiana University in 2005. and I’m a full time Radiation Therapist for Indiana University Health. Cancer care is my passion but took a different spin when I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2019. That was a very difficult period of my life, but I’m happy to report I’m now cancer-free and living life to the fullest!

My cookie career began as a hobby, making treats for teachers, family and friends. As my skill improved, the desire for my cookies grew. I started Edible Art Cookie Gallery in 2017 out of my home kitchen. 

When I am not curing cancer, baking cookies and raising my family, I can be found outdoors hiking, gardening and tending to our chickens (I use their fresh eggs in my delicious sugar cookies!)

I love to travel, cook, bake and shop. My favorite destination so far is Iceland. My favorite meal is ribs. My favorite sweet treat is my low carb chocolate peanut butter pie. My favorite store is T.J. Maxx.
